Addressing Disproportionality in Alabama Public Schools

     Addressing Disproportionality in Alabama Public Schools Professional Development has three components that must be conducted annually for all newly hired teachers, administrators, evaluators, and others, as appropriate. Once training has been completed, send a copy of the certificate to the Central Office for your personnel file and retain a copy for your records.
