Non-Faculty Forms

  1. Please follow these steps to have a Non-Faculty Worker approved to work with students: 

    Step 1:
    The Non-Faculty Packet will need to be completed. See the links below.
    The worker completes the Non-Faculty Information Section. 
    The  Principal/Band Director/Athletic Director/Other completes the School-Activity Information Section.  

    ***Please note: The type of Fingerprinting/Background Screening depends on if and how the person is to be paid. 
    • If the non-faculty worker has been fingerprinted through the Alabama State Department of Education, and holds a valid sub license or teaching certificate they will not have to be fingerprinted again.
    • If the non-faculty worker does not hold a valid sub license or teaching license they will have to be Fingerprinted or have the Volunteer  Background Screening completed each year depending on if and how they are to be paid.  The links to background screenings can be found on the form links below.  


    Step 2:
    A recommendation form will need to be completed for the Non-Faculty Worker by the Principal and submitted along with the required Non-Faculty documentation to the Central Office prior to Board Approval. 

    Once the person has been Board approved, they can begin working with our students
